The professional experience in adult education, as a horticultural teacher and as a curative teacher is the basis for other educational fields of activity. Working as international Biodynamic Advisor and as Non Profit Senior Expert in all fields of agriculture on all continents. I like it to work on how to use the field of perception to grasp the plant in its entire development. The training for the "breeder's view", e.g., the plant as a genotype and as a phenotype got my special attention, my special interest. Trying to learn, experience and handle this field of perception better and better. I am interested in breeding research and cultivated plant conservation. Trying to give advices on this for further qualifications as a helper for the breeder.
