Kultursaat e.V.
Kultursaat is a charitable association, established 1994. Our breeders explore breeding methods and develop new open pollinating (op) varieties of vegetables, herbs and flowers. Until now more than 80 new op varieties have been developed and listed in the EU Common Catalogue. Every year about than five more are added. Currently breeding practice is done on 30 biodynamically managed sites, embedded in organic cropping.
